Public Service Announcement - Sun Safety TV spot
I was tasked to create this PSA for Gibraltar's Health Authority. The rap was provided by the client and my sound-engineer/magician did the voice and composition.
The voice over was placed into Adobe Character Animator for syncing and head tracking - afterwhich all the compositing was done in After Effects.
I wanted to try achieve that grainy texture but without needing to go back to the beginning so I brushed up some clouds in Photoshop and used them for the grain throughout.
